Institutional context
Meter and operational records from the production field had to be collected reliably throughout the day and made visible to the central team, even as connectivity conditions changed.
My contribution
- Brought field status into central monitoring and reporting views.
- Connected daily production and shift-close records.
- Developed managerial review and field-configuration workflows.
Problem
Manually transferred records and events lost during outages made daily totals difficult to verify and created inconsistencies between different sources.

- Preventing data loss during intermittent connectivity
- Ensuring repeated transmissions do not create duplicate records
- Evaluating daily rollover and meter boundaries explicitly

Approach
The data flow was divided into clear field and central responsibilities. The field side uses a durable queue and retries; the center handles authentication, duplicate detection, and boundary validation.
Solution built
A web application combines daily records, status checks, boundary warnings, and reports. The field gateway keeps records while offline and transfers them securely when connectivity returns.
