Institutional context
Running a race requires more than collecting registrations. Organizers also need to review entries, confirm participation, and maintain consistent results.

Problem
Separate registration lists, race entries, starting orders, and results made it difficult to follow the same participant across operational stages.

Approach
The registration record became the starting point for participation, draws, and scoring. Participant-facing screens were separated from organizer operations.
Solution built
The platform provides race selection, registration, a phone-verification flow, filtered management lists, entry review, starting-order draws, time and penalty entry, and class-based results.
