Web platform and content management
Multi-Business Website & Content Management
A multi-business platform providing each organization with its own public website and content panel, with a separate platform-management layer.

What this role enables
- 01
Edit the business's services, projects, galleries, and blog content
- 02
Follow incoming contact inquiries in one list
- 03
Manage user roles and active status
- 04
Oversee businesses, domains, and activity history at platform level
Institutional context
Businesses with similar content needs required their own branding, services, projects, and contact details, while the shared infrastructure needed central administration.
My contribution
- Development of the multi-business application and permission model
- Preparation of public, content-management, and platform-administration views
- Integration of content, media, inquiry, and domain functions
Problem
A separate application copy for every business multiplied maintenance work. A shared system, however, required content, users, and permissions to remain within each business boundary.
Constraints
- Separation of content and permissions between businesses
- Different responsibilities for business and platform administrators
- Controlled mapping of custom domains
- Business-specific branding built on shared components
- 01Business setup
- 02Brand and content
- 03Domain mapping
- 04Public website and inquiries
Approach
The public website, business content panel, and platform administration were treated as separate surfaces. A business scope was added to the shared data model and applied to content and user operations.
Solution built
Services, projects, galleries, and blog content were combined with media management, contact leads, user roles, and activity history. A platform layer provides business and custom-domain management.
For management
- Edit the business's services, projects, galleries, and blog content
- Follow incoming contact inquiries in one list
- Manage user roles and active status
- Oversee businesses, domains, and activity history at platform level
Institutional impact
Business administrators can manage their content and incoming inquiries. Platform administrators can oversee businesses and domain mappings without switching between separate application copies.
Technical scope
- ASP.NET Core and PostgreSQL
- React and TypeScript
- Business-scoped data access
- Content and media management
- Role-based user management
- Custom-domain mapping and activity history
