Institutional context
Personnel records were already managed in an application. The new requirement was to track individual and departmental training obligations and recurring follow-up dates within that system.
My contribution
- Addition of training and recurring follow-up modules to an existing system
- Development of validity, missing-document, and approaching-date rules
- Extension of bulk-entry and reporting functions
Problem
The presence of a document was not enough. Missing training, missing evidence, valid records, and approaching deadlines needed distinct states.

Approach
Training and recurring follow-up modules were extended without replacing the existing application. The latest record, validity date, and requirement were connected through shared status calculations.
Solution built
Individual and departmental training requirements, document states, approaching and overdue dates, screening records, bulk entry, and report exports were linked to the existing personnel views.
